POSITIONS JOB OVERVIEW QUALIFICATIONS
Design Operations Lead The Design Operations Lead is responsible for the layouts of all store projects in accordance with merchandising criteria, prototype standards, and project objectives. S/he is also responsible for the accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of all store project plans including new stores, remodels, rollouts, and special projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Advertsing Arts, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, and Information Technology or any related program;
• At least three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in design and planning;
• Knowledgeable in different multimedia softwares (PS, AI, COREL, 3D Softwares);
Creative Design Assistant The Creative Design Assistant is responsible for executing projects assigned by the Creative Design Lead. S/he must be able to conform to high standards of output and meet deadlines and quotas. • Bachelor’s degree in Advertsing Arts, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, and Information Technology or any related program;
• At least one (1) to two (2) years of professional experience in graphics and design;
• Knowledgeable in different multimedia softwares (PS, AI, COREL, 3D Softwares);

Employee Relations
Associate 		The Employee Relations Associate is responsible for employee relations and takes charge of employee induction and orientation. S/he monitors employee contracts and oversees the implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions of employees. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology, and Behavioral Science or any related program;
• At least two (2) to three (3) years of professional experience in employee relations or any field related;
• Knowledgeable in different rules and regulations of the Philippines Labor Law Standards. ;
