TERMS AND CONDITION
1. Minimum purchase requirement for a Chef Tony’s Poppin’ Booth is 100 large tumblers. You can choose any Chef Tony’s Popcorn flavors in the list:
2. Delivery charge is P1,000.00.
3. Each event is limited to a maximum of (3) Three hours. Succeeding time will have additional charge of P200.00 per hour.
4. The Chef Tony’s Party Package will include the following:
• Module (2.5ft x 2ft x 5ft) (L x W x H)
• 1 Staff to assist in the event
• Chef Tony’s Popcorn Large Tumblers (quantity and flavors to be identified by the customer)
5. The large tumblers require 1 week lead time for production; these are not kept in stock. These are popped and packed fresh as you order.
6. We require full payment prior to confirmation of order & delivery. All payments are to be made via deposit to Chef Tony’s Snack Foods Phils. Corp. bank account.
7. Cancellation must be made by email at hello@cheftonybrands.com at least 2 days prior to delivery time, otherwise full charges will be applied.
8. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
9. Reservation is on a first come, first served basis.
10. The Chef Tony’s Poppin’ Booth is available in Metro Manila. Additional charges may require in areas outside Metro Manila.
* Chef Tony’s reserves the right to decline reservations if the event venue is not fit for the Poppin’ Booth set-up.
